Hello Race Fans

Hello Race Fans,

Here is the latest update on the stable as we head into the 2018 Racing season.

First, let me start with the yearlings. We have a strong crop of yearlings which include several from the first crop of Mucho Macho Man. The yearlings are in training in Ocala and all have taken to the track in good order. It is still early in their development but all appear to be moving forward each day.

On the training front at Gulfstream Park things are beginning to heat up. Classic Rock is training extremely well and has had several solid works. We are close to having several of our 2yo’s ready to run. It appears Pass The Butter by Oxbow is ready and should race in the coming weeks. Our Violence filly Violent Wave is training well and has had two nice works.

The other 2yo’s in the barn are training well and are scheduled for works next week.

We are happy to report the purchase in partnership with RA Hill Stable and West Point Thoroughbreds of a nice 2yo named Septimius Severus. This colt broke his maiden at Aqueduct November 25th and is by Roman Ruler.

Here is a link to view his race: https://www.nyra.com/aqueduct/racing/replays

Septimius Severus was the ruler of the Roman Empire in the years 193 to 211.

That’s it for the moment.

Happy Holidays

Dean
